Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
The return address is set by default. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. If Black Women Tees’ facility isn’t used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.
Wrong Address – If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.
Returned by Customer – It is best to advise to contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size if you choose to accept or offer size exchanges to your end customers.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
Refunds are only accepted for the following conditions:
* Faulty Product. If the product has a hole, stains, or manufacturing defect.
* Incorrect Image. If we printed the wrong image.
* Wrong Item Sent. If we send you the wrong garment, color or size.
Refunds (NOT ACCEPTED) for the following conditions:
* Customer neglect. If order a wrong size.
* Customer neglect. If order a wrong color.
* Customer neglect. If order a wrong product.
NOTE: Any other conditions that are not listed above, you must get approval from our return department. Please provide a written request by email at minwebmaster@ministrywebdesigning.com, explaining your special circumstance for requesting an exchange.

If you need to exchange an item, please email us at minwebmaster@ministrywebdesigning.com. Remember to include your order number and the reason for the exchange. Once we receive your item, we will process your exchange. You are responsible for the shipping charges when sending back an item for exchange. We recommend using the United States Postal Service. Their rates are very affordable and they also offer tracking and shipping confirmations. All exchanges are shipped back to you using standard ground delivery.
